of a .MD subdomain (hereinafter- Domain) EN: 1. This site is intended for simplification a transfer of ownership of Domains through sale. 2. Only the domain earlier registered in .MD zone can be submitted on sale. 3. Only "Administrative Contact" (the owner) is allowed to present a Domain on sale. 4. For participation on sale or purchases the customer should subscribe and observe the instructions of this site. 5. The communication between the participants is done through e-mail. 6. The domain is published in the rubric "for sale" after payment (publication price). The seller will be notified of all offers immediately by email. The seller will be able to accept offers, sending a mail to the buyer. 7. The term of presence of a Domain Name in the rubric "for sale" depends on the paid sum, the seller, but cannot surpass expiration date of the Domain Name .MD. 8. The tax for the publication of one domain on the table for sale is $25 for the term of no more than one year, but cannot surpass expiration date on the Domain Name .MD 9. The sold domain is transferred to the buyer. The present owner confirms his agreement to transfer the ownership to a new owner by sending a fax to the .MD TLD registry (fax no: +373 22 545266) S.E. The letter should be signed by the legal representative of the organization and provide all the contact data (address, phone, fax, e-mail, an identity card photoprint if the owner is a person). 10. The legal representative will be contacted by phone or email to confirm the transfer. 11. The new owner sends by email the order form for the domain with the new contact data and pays the registration price. 12. The registration is completed after the payment is confirmed by buyer and the process of sale (transfer) is finished. RO: la vinzarea-cumpararea domenelor de nivelul doi in cadrul domenului de nivel superior .MD (in continuare - Domen) 2. Poate fi amplasat spre vinzare numai Domenul anterior inregistrat in zona .MD (in cadrul domenului de nivel superior .MD). 3. Exclusiv, persoana "Administrative Contact" este considerata ca abilitata cu dreptul de amplasare a Domenului pe acest site si de a purta negocieri in vederea vinzarii lui. 4. Amplasarea unui Domenu spre vinzare, cit si participarea la negocieri in vederea cumpararii, se efectuiaza prin inscriere, urmind instructiunile acestui site. 5. Comunicarea intre participanti are loc prin intermediul e-mail. 6. Domenul este publicat la rubrica "spre vinzare" dupa achitarea de catre vinzator a taxei respective. Vinzatorul va fi informat imediat, prin e-mail, despre ofertele facute. Vanzatorul va putea accepta oferta, expediind un e-mail cumparatorului. 7. Termenul afisarii Domenului in rubrica "spre vinzare" nu poate depasi termenul de valabilitate a Domenului in zona .MD. Vinzatorul poate sa-si retraga Domenul inainte de data expirarii (taxa nu se restituie) 8. Taxa de amplasare a unui Domen spre vinzare este de $25, pe termen de pina la 1 an, dar nu mai mare decit termenul de valabilitate a Domenului in zona .MD. 9. Dupa vinzarea Domenului, detinatorul actual confirma transferul dreptului de administrare al Domenului noului detinator expediind un document prin fax (+373 22 545266) catre Registrul de Domenii .MD, I.S. MoldData, str. Armeneasca 37/1, Chisinau, Rep.Moldova. Documentul trebuie sa fie semnat (si stampilat) de reprezentantul legal al detinatorului, si sa contina toate datele de contact ale acestuia (adresa, telefon, fax, e-mail, fotocopia actului de identitate in cazul persoanelor fizice). 10. Detinatorul actual - reprezentantul legal va fi contactat de catre MoldData pentru a confirma transferul. 11. Noul detinator va face o cerere de transfer online, va achita taxa de inregistrare si va completa cu noile date formularul de transfer (Order Form). 12. Dupa confirmarea platii de catre noul detinator procesul de vinzare-cumparare (transfer) se incheie. |
